MoFoamŪ modular foam dust suppression system uses our unique multi-component concentrated foaming agents containing wetting agents and residual dust containment agents. The system controls fugitive dust emissions from materials during loading, unloading, crushing, transferring, stockpiling, reclaiming, and other material handling procedures.

One way to improve profit and reduce shipped moisture levels is to prevent water from being added in the first place. MoFoamŪ modular foam dust suppression system can be applied at the crusher or transfer points in place of "wet sprays" to reduce moisture dramatically while still controlling fugitive dust.

The MoFoamŪ system spray uses different spray header design and configuration based on the application. The high pressure foam agent penetrates to the dust particles. MoFoamŪ foam bubbles have a much larger surface area than untreated water and do a much better job of capturing dust particles thereby reducing dust.
